Every time I run bleachbit it does delete the majority of files but I also end up with a number of them in the error log.
What can I do to get these deleted?
Windows XPHome service pack 3, BB 0.7.2

I have tried Bleach Bit 0.7.2 portable and installer
version and have the following problem with both of them.
The Firefox cleaning and vacuuming do not work and give the following error:
Exception while running operation 'firefox': '[Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified'
Disk space recovered: 0
Files deleted: 0
Errors: 1
I am running as Administrator on XP SP3.
Below is the log file output.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "bleachbit\Worker.pyo", line 182, in run
File "bleachbit\Worker.pyo", line 127, in clean_operation

Alpha testing Lucid here (Alpha 2) and while it appears to function in "Preview", on initial loading, (first time only) it does generate a Ubuntu notice (I did not transcribe it - sorry) with options to select.
Just want a confirm from the Developers on status.
Thanks.

I am using versiuon 0.7.2 with Ubuntu 9.10. I have Bash selected (both boxes checked). I also have Google earth selected (both boxes checked). I run bleachbit as root. After cleaning, I opened terminal, and used the up arrow. All the commands I had typed were still there. Also, the history for Google earth was still there too. Am I doing something wrong? Its not a big issue, just thought you should know. Thanks--RB

I have installed/uninstalled Bleachbit 2 times with ENGLISH as the language preference on install on a Windows XP/Firefox computer.
I select ENGLISH, but Bleachbit is in SPANISH.
How do I change the language to English?

Don't know where exactly the problem lies here but on my Lenovo W500 running Windows 7 (Enterprise) and Symantec AV 10.2, the presence of the installer causes pegged CPU issues. For example, just opening the C:\Downloads folder which contains the BleachBit installer starts the CPU up. Trying to click on it and choose Properties for example pegs the CPU for a solid minute or so if not longer. Some time it will never return until I start killing off the explorer.exe process. Although the explorer.exe process claims all the CPU, this is related to SAV 10.2.

When installing bleachbit to /usr/local the locales are put in /usr/share instead of /usr/local/share

When using busybox swapoff the "-v" switch is not supported.
Work around:
sudo sed -i 's!, "-v"!!' /usr/local/share/bleachbit/Memory.py

When installing bleachbit to /usr/local (default) the bleachbit script looks in /usr/share/bleachbit instead of /usr/local/share/bleachbit.
Work around:
sudo sed -i 's!usr/share!usr/local/share!' /usr/local/bin/bleachbit

Hello.
System: Fedora linux 12, 64 bit
Since there is no specific version for Linux Fedora 12, are there any reported problems with using the current version (bleachbit-0.7.1-1.1.fc11.noarch.rpm) in the Fedora 12 repositories ?
sudo yum install bleachbit
Thank you.
Justin
