Log file creation


I'm using the command line bleach bit and I wanted to get a LOG file something along the lines of

470 files removed
121.23MB saved

Removed files:


Mozilla cleaned
Chrome cleaned

How would I go about this? I've seen a bleach it.exe.log but this was not what I was looking for.

An improved debugger was already filed here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bleachbit/+bug/1369839 but it doesn't seem to contain the additions you request. Perhaps Andrew can through them in there, too?

You have to parse it and rewrite it to get it to look exactly like that, but isn't that basic information already there? Make sure you are using bleachbit_console.exe instead of bleachbit.exe, and you can pipe the results to a file like
bleachbit_console.exe --clean firefox.cache > c:\bleachbit.log
