Selecting browser cookies to keep and delete (in windows and linux)

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a selection list of cookies marked to be kept, and the rest be deleted, managed automatically after a browser is closed. Cleaning up cookies manually is not really an option.

One day I would like to add this feature, but it is a fair amount of work to implement in all the different types of browsers.
