I ran BleachBit several times and received this message each time:
Google Chrome cannot be cleaned because it is currently running. Close it, and try again.
In each case Google Chrome was not running.
Ideas?

First, check the system tray
First, check the system tray (near the clock) for a Google Chrome icon. Right click on it, and then click Exit. Optionally, uncheck the box "Let Google Chrome run in the background."
Second, if this doesn't work, open the Task Manager and look for a running process called chrome.exe
