It does not, but you are welcome to create your owner cleaner using the CleanerML language. I read that Brave is based on Chromium, so you could start by copying the chromium.xml cleaner and changing the pathnames.

Yes, Brave is based off Chromium so a few tweaks to the CleanerML entry should work.
