When I run bleachbit as a regular user, there's a lot of files I can't delete due to permissions yet when I run it as root, it doesn't even pick up the same files. How can I erase them because its like 500mb to clear

More details
Which version of BleachBit? Which Linux distribution and version (e.g., Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04)? Please cut and paste a few of the filenames you cannot delete as a regular user. Are they in the trash can?
