Cleaning Internet Explorer

Ever since IE10 came out, I have notice cleaners seem to take some time to clean out Internet explorer temporary files. BleachBit isn't the only one having this issue though. What I want to know is why does it take cleaners so long to clean out the .js temporary files that exist in internet explorer? Normally the temp folder only gets a few MB but it takes as long as if it was over a GB. I do have overwrite pass enabled with this effect, but it still takes long even without it. Why is that? CCleaner, system ninja, and slim cleaner are suffering through this as well. Also, I don't even use IE, I have been using Firefox for years now.

Normally cleaning time is proportional to the number of files and the size of the files, so you have you noticed that there are more files or bigger files?

Internet Explorer 10 and up
As I said, it has happened since IE10 and still happens with IE11. The files each are only like 165bytes (not even KB). The files have increased in numbers, not sizes. Again, I don't even use IE10 or IE11 or any IE at all, I only use Firefox, so I don't see how I am getting temp files to begin with or why its taking so long. The file extentions that take the time are the .js ones. They do pile up quick, even when I'm not using it at all. Has anyone else noticed this, though?

JavaScript files in Internet Explorer
Since about 1995, Microsoft has argued that Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operating system, and it is integrated with many components. So even if you do not explicitly open it, using Windows or other applications can cause the Internet Explorer subsystems to be used.
How many .js files are there? 100? 1000?

.js files
Well over 100 usually add up in a total of 24hours. It's not a big deal, but I just don't understand why it takes so long for cleaners to erase. By the way, each file is actually 145kb.
