Restart Computer?? SOLVED

As BB cleans, I see some items 'marked for deletion' go by. Does that mean I should restart after every clean? Thank you in advance.

Yes. Most files can be deleted immediately, but a few files cannot. These might be in use by an active process, such as Internet Explorer, so BleachBit marks them to be deleted during the next reboot.
