As I said in my post, I open bleachbit, check the system/Recycle Bin box. Then press clean. I get Disk space recovered: 0, files detected: 0. The recycle bin icon is on my desktop, but I have no idea where Win 7 keeps it. I assumed BleachBit did if it offers that option. Probably in a hidden directory somewhere since searching the hard drives doesn't show the location of any of the files in it.

So you mean after cleaning,
So you mean after cleaning, the Recycle Bin is still full? Is it the Recyle Bin for the C: drive? Are the files owned by the same user account?
