In the BleachBit preferences, try changing between the two themes. That's all that is available through the GUI.
If you are OK using a text editor to modify a configuration file, there is another solution. In BleachBit 4.2.0 for Windows, there is a file c:\program files (x86)\bleachbit\etc\gtk-3.0\settings.ini. You can add a line such as gtk-font-name = Sans 12.
If you think by default the files are way too small such that it could be a bug, please file the bug in the GitHub issue tracker.
BleachBit 5.0.0.2940 includes an enhancement to allow the user to change the application font size using the normal conventions. On the keyboard, hold CTRL while pressing minus, plus, or zero. Alternatively on the mouse, hold CTRL while moving the scroll wheel.
This version is newer than the 5.0.0 stable release, so the 5.0.0 stable release does not include this enhancement.

Does this help?
