On Ubuntu, administrator mode is mainly for cleaning APT, localizations, RAM, free disk space, and system logs, but on Ubuntu, administrator mode won't clean your personal recent documents, Firefox profile, etc. In other words, you are asking to clean root's recent documents instead of your own.
I just verified this on BleachBit 0.8.6 and Ubuntu 10.04.
