Not removing empty directotries in Ubuntu' 10.10 maverick

The cache is empty but I receive about one hundred error messages like this.

[Errno 21] Is a directory: '/home/steve/.cache/ /Q'
[Errno 21] Is a directory: '/home/steve/.cache/A'

Sorry, that is a known bug only in BleachBit 0.8.2 and is documented in the BleachBit 0.8.2 release notes in the section Known Issues. Your options include

1. Disable overwrite (shredding) in the preferences
2. Downgrade to 0.8.1
3. Wait for 0.8.3 beta (subscribe to notifications using the RSS or Twitter icons on the right side of the web site)

II have this problem too! I just installed the version for 10.10 Ubuntu. I cant get rid of files for stuff Ive removed!?

Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat)'s repository distributes BleachBit 0.8.0 which is ancient. Please update to the latest version from this web site: either BleachBit 0.9.0 or BleachBit 0.9.1.
