Run BleachBit under User Account - Windows 7

Why can BleachBit be only run under the Administrator Account in Windows 7 ?
It should be able to run under each account with some limitations to system files - WTF?

In my tests it runs under any account.
Are you referring to the User Access Control (UAC) dialog that asks "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Most of BleachBit works regardless of your answer, but some features require administrative privileges.
If that is not what you meant, please give additional detail such as exact error messages or a screenshot of the error. You can post a screenshot here by linking to a site like http://snag.gy
