Everytime I try to run Bleachbit as Administrator, I keep getting the following error in terminal window.

(bleachbit:17484): IBUS-WARNING **: The owner of /home/username/.config/ibus/bus is not root!

I am on Ubuntu 15.10.

Which version of BleachBit?

Did you install BleachBit from this web site or from the Ubuntu repository (like using apt-get)?
