In the BleachBit application window (assuming you are using the GUI) scroll up until you find the error, which should be marked in red. If you don't see it, try running the BleachBit GUI from a terminal, and the error may be printed to the terminal.
Typical errors are (1) permission denied or (2) an application is actively running, so it cannot be cleaned.
