Three errors I found when using KDE (linux)
Andrew, I figured you might want to know about these errors.
Konqueror cannot be cleaned because it is currently running. Close it, and try again.
Konqueror is closed but this error still comes up when running BleachBit.

I get the third error (places.sqlite) on Bleachbit 1.8, Firefox 39.0.3, Linux Mint Debian 2 Cinnamon (Debian Jessie) 64 bit. The same error does not occur on Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64 bit.

I reinstalled Debian and I
I reinstalled Debian and I dont see the Konqueror error anymore. I think I still get the sqlite error with Firefox. Bleachbit 1.4 doesnt have this error. Andrew thanks so much for bleachbit. As long as I can clean the temp files and other stuff Im happy.

The places.sqlite error also
The places.sqlite error also does not occur under Linux Mint 17.2 Xfce 64bit (based on Ubuntu) in a virtual machine. So my hunch is that the problem is either with Debian and/or the Debian version of BleachBit (bleachbit_1.8_all_debian8.deb).
I'd just like to echo pcdoctor01's thanks to Andrew. I've been using BleachBit very happily for 6 years now, and this bug is far from a showstopper. Thank you Andrew.
