Clean on Windows start-up.

I wanted to re-open this topic. I notice BleachBit has an option to start with Windows, but it doesn't clean. I think it would be a good idea to tweak that setting so that BleachBit also cleans on Windows start-up. This is a good idea for people who have large hard drives and gets clustered a lot, like mine.
