is it possible to make a logfile of everything Bleachbit has done and possible errors while cleaning? The bleachbit.exe textfile only shows very few items and is not complete.

I notice that if I run bleachbit_ console it does not make a logfile, when I run bleachbit.exe I can read the log on the right side of the gui.

Try BleachBit 3.0 like this
bleachbit_console.exe --debug --debug-log=c:\path\bleachbit.log --gui
BleachBit 3.0 adds the --debug parameter that increase the verobsity of the log

does it make any difference if the debug command comes before or after the autorun command?

No, the order of the command line parameters is not significant
