Opening BleachBit to Run

BleachBit runs fine. But there is a difficulty with the way it opens. Instead of opening "Always On Top", in front of everything, it appears behind all screens. The user must minimize those screens to access "Bit" to begin the program. ~ ~ A simple re-programming feature will be needed to insure that the program opens over anything currently displayed on the screen. ~ ~ I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit.

For future reference, you should make a BleachBit bug report with each topic, if the bug hasn't been reported already, because it helps Andrew organize each bug/suggestion.
