BleachBit does not load files from disk into memory as it deletes them, so no. In a few special cases, BleachBit does need to load a JSON or XML file into memory as it cleans part of the file without deleting the whole file (e.g., a few files for Google Chrome).
If the files were opened recently with another application (e.g., Microsoft Word, Photoshop), then they might still be in memory. BleachBit optionally cleans these kinds of traces in RAM on Linux but not on Windows.
It is not common for other people to try to recover data from RAM, so this is not a concern most people need to worry about it. If you are worried about RAM, the related issues are the swap file and hibernation file.
(By the way, this was posted twice, so I am going to delete the duplicate post.)
