Improve Submitions in the Forums: SAVE vs. SUBMIT

I just registered to BB and submitted a question in the support forum and found something that confused me.

At the bottom of the question page, there are two button: SAVE and PREVIEW. The latter is self-evident, but the SAVE button confused me. There are some forums and even jobs websites that allow the user to save post and forms for later submission. By process of elimination, I concluded that SAVE is the same as SUBMIT.

Respectfully, I would recommend to rename the SAVE button to SUBMIT or SUBMIT QUESTION.
