Bleachbit - Access Denied

Bleachbit 3.0

I have used Bleachbit for many years regularly and even cleaned an old hard drive with its scrubber.

Question ?
The scan list often contains a great number of files with "Access Denied".
Why is this ? CCleaner does not have these "Access Denied" files in their cleaning results. Is Bleachbit trying to clean files it should not be attempting ?
