Bleachbit 0.9.5beta2

Windows 7 64 bit

I have tried to update to 0.9.5beta2 but cannot. I did what the instructions told and went to preferences and check all boxes including download updates. I am new to this so I think I am doing everything right and I want to help but how do I upgrade to 9.5 beta2? It tells me to update but never does, am I doing something wrong. I am using windows 7

BleachBit notifies about updates but does not download updates. You download updates using your web browser (just like the first time you installed BleachBit).
