4/25/2017: Winapp2 got overhauled

I am just letting everyone know that on this date, 4/25/2017, Winapp2 got a complete overhaul. Most of the changes were under the hood. You will notice that lots of entries and now combined into one, like AVG 2013, 2014, 2015, etc is now just AVG. Same thing with Ashampoo 2013, 2014, etc and many other entries with similar situations. Another thing you should notice is there are now 3 sections on the top of Winapp2, Chrome/Chromium, Firefox, and Thunderbird. This is because, previous, all these entries were just scattered throughout Winapp2, making it hard to correct them. Now they are on the top in sections so it should be much easier to add/correct Chrome/Chromium, firefox, and thunderbird entries.

Other then those 2 main points, most is just reorganizing entries, correcting some errors that I could find, and other things that are probably not noticeable.

The new file is still in the same spot as it was before for BleachBit, located in the non-ccleaner folder.
