Hmm, that is weird. It would be helpful to know if there is some strange object in the directory, or if some file has permissions that prevent you from deleting it. There are two things to try.
First, open a terminal (like GNOME Terminal, Thunar, or Konsole) and run BleachBit from the console. Then try cleaning this directory.
Second, run the following command, copy the output, and paste it in this forum. If it is large, use a pastebin service and post a link, or attach to a bug ticket at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bleachbit
I have not heard back from you, nor have I been able to reproduce the "directory is not empty." This error message is basically harmless, so now the error is ignored. Please test BleachBit 0.9.3 beta which has this change
