Add "Select All" and "Unselect All" Buttons to Menu Bar

It would be quite handy, especially when running the program for the first time.

Thanks for the suggestion.

"Select None" could be helpful, but "Select All" could encourage people to carelessly delete things they will regret. (None of the options are always bad, but some options are sometimes bad for some situations. The old saying is, "One man's trash is another man's treasure.")
