Yes, that would be nice to do. On Linux, this should be easy. On Windows, I need to research how to access the drive or partition.

No, I think that's a separate issue. He doesn't want to wipe the WHOLE drive or the free space---just certain files.

That guy wants to clean out other drives with bleachbit on another drive. My option is to wipe WHOLE drives, not just free space, so you can install a new OS or something. Also to wipe removable drives, as well. Would you like me to make a bug report of this on BleachBit notepad?
