[Windows] tweaks for log and memory dump cleaning

BleachBit seems to miss some these logs:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
C:\Windows\Logs\DPX\setupact.log
C:\Windows\Logs\DPX\setuperr.log

For the last three, just scanning the subfolders for .log files should suffice.

As for memory dumps, in Windows Vista/7 applications may store their own dump files inside:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps\

It should be safe to just delete any .dmp files inside there.
