new version problem

ever since I downloaded the new version, I get the following error come up everytime I use the program!!

"no such table: icon_mapping: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Favicons"

Google Chrome error

The versions that get tested the most are the latest. I have Google Chrome 15 installed, and 16 beta is already out. Have you though about upgrading Google Chrome?
