Larger chaff files

I've been having fun, playing with the "Make Chaff" feature of BleachBit. I like it, a lot!

Is it possible to make larger files? This would help prevent the MFT from growing too big. If, say 10,000 files are created, then the MFT will become bloated with no easy way to reduce it's size. Or perhaps BleachBit could give us the option to optimise the MFT after deleting chaff files.
