Errors on Windows 10
Hello Andrew. I am getting these errors on Windows 10 (I just installed it today, by the way).

I assume you are using
I assume you are using BleachBit 1.8, and this does look like a bug. Would you please mind filing a ticket for tracking? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I was using BleachBit 1.8 with admin rights.

I think I found the issue
I think I found the issue with this. When I upgraded to Windows 10 and decided to test BleachBit, these entries were somehow added to BleachBit:
Device Manager Cache XP
Windows XP ARPCache
Windows XP Error Reporting
Windows XP MUICache
As you can tell, I am not on a XP system. I didn't do anything else other then upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I don't remember seeing these in Windows 7. If this is something on Winapp2's side, I could probably fix this myself.

The entries should not be
The entries should not be deleted from Winapp2.ini because Windows XP still needs them.
Maybe on Windows 10 BleachBit thinks the file exists (like in preview mode), but when it tries to delete them, it cannot. Does this fit the symptoms?

I don't what is going on
I don't what is going on anymore. I am unable to reproduce these errors anymore. They seemed to have just vanished. I assumed it was the XP entries because I had them checked and it was producing those errors and then when I unchecked them, the errors went away, but now I just checked them again and now I am not getting the errors anymore.
I am starting to think BleachBit hates me now.

You aren't exactly alone when
You aren't exactly alone when it comes to feeling out of luck. I suggest that if you have more issues, you download the Media Creation tool from MS, and do an in place upgrade of Windows 10. I've had to reformat now twice in the last few days, and I suspect a recent upgrade caused this. I know, this is beta, but I don't think the latest BleachBit beta works so well with Windows 10. Now we get a UAC prompt, but I suspect some of the included and/or extra cleaners are wrecking havock. I did some cleaning today only to find the Store app crashing more than expected, and the Contact Support possibly along with more modern apps completely broken. I'm not sure if BleachBit is at fault yet, but I'm starting to suspect it, and I'm going to look into it.

While BleachBit 1.9.2 beta
While BleachBit 1.9.2 beta adds support for running on Windows 10*, it does not add any new cleaners specific to Windows 10. There may be new cleaners that are enabled through Winapp2.ini.
For troubleshooting to isolate the cause it may help to clean one option at a time. If you can find one, please let me know.
(* BleachBit 1.8 had one bug that prevented the UAC on Windows 10, and another bug misinterpreted Windows 10 versions in Winapp2.ini.)

Andrew, I am willing to try
Andrew, I am willing to try and look into these issues I encountered, but I'd rather not do so on my main installations. I'm fairly certain the issues stemmed from BleachBit beta on Windows 10, as they haven't returned since I did an in place upgrade. Do you have some sort of way I can contact you outside of these forums? I could fire up a virtual image of Windows 10, and try finding offending cleaners one at a time, and tell you which ones caused issues, and then we can go from there. I don't want to risk my main install, but we need to look into this issue, as it seems bad enough to delay any stable update of BleachBit until it's fixed.

MikeRL: I would like to work
MikeRL: I would like to work with you to resolve all serious bugs. Virtual machines can be useful because you can safely roll back.
Typically good ways to contact me about bugs are publicly through this forum or in the BleachBit Launchpad bug tracker. If you have sensitive information or want to send me a large file, please email me directly at ahz001 gmail com.

I'm going to set things up
I'm going to set things up and see if I can narrow down if there's any issues without winapp2.ini and with it. I have 10 Pro, and I found some free VMs meant for testing Edge on Microsoft's site. Windows 10 is included. I'll use that to test out the latest beta and see if I can find any issues, and report back to your email.

Using Windows 10 Home on x64
Using Windows 10 Home on x64 with 8Gb ram. Downloaded every version of BB 1.10. They all attempt to install, but give more than 20 missing file messages (dll and other files). Assuming these are integral to the system, I abort. It seems there's no way to install. Is this a problem only on my PC, or Windows 10, or something more general? I have been happy using 1.08, and will see if I can reinstall it. Steve

Hello Steve, I have not heard
Hello Steve, I have not heard of this issue before, but I want to make sure to get it fixed. Perhaps you could send me more details such as a screenshot? One way is to copy the screen to the clipboard (press PRINT SCREEN button), then go to Snaggy, press CTRL+V to paste it, copy the URL, and paste the URL here in the forum. If that doesn't work, you can email it to me or attach it to a bug ticket in the bug tracker
What kind of antivirus software do you use? Windows Defender, AVG, Kaspersky, Bit Defender, Norton, F-Secure, Avast, or something else?
