On my system the VLC VideoLAN history is in the file ~/.config/vlc/vlc-qt-interface.conf, but this file also contains settings. In the future BleachBit will know how to edit .ini files (so it can delete the history but not the settings), but for now you have to delete the whole file. You can create your own custom cleaner if you know how to edit simple XML files.
